Pom-Pom Island Resort
Located on a private tropical island in the Celebes Sea, Pom-Pom Island is about a 45-minute speedboat ride from Semporna town. The island is surrounded by white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, with a lush tropical interior. It takes about 30 minutes to walk around the entire island. Pom-Pom Island is home to three resorts, with Pom-Pom Island Resort being the largest and most luxurious.
This resort offers a unique experience combining overwater bungalows and sea-view villas. Guests may even witness sea turtles hatching and being released into the ocean. The resort is also home to Semporna’s only cruise ship, the “Princess,” which is available for private bookings for special occasions like romantic moments, sea parties, proposals, and anniversaries. These can be arranged directly on the island upon arrival.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Semporna
Once you land at Tawau Airport, your adventure kicks off! The day is yours to explore at your own pace. Whether you decide to try the local food or dive into the lively culture, it’s sure to be a fun and relaxing experience. Plus, we provide you a special town guides, so you won’t need to worry about where to go. Enjoy your day!

Day 2 & 3: Island Hopping (snorkeling)
Start your exciting day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Assemble in the hotel lobby at 8:00AM and head to Semporna Jetty to begin the island hopping tour (choose two from three option). After the island hopping adventure, back to Semporna town and explore night life in the town.

Option 1 – Route National Park: Bohey Dulang Island – Mantabuan Island – Sibuan Island
- 0800: Meet at hotel lobby
- 0830: Depart to Bohey Dulang Island (40 mins)
- 1000: Arrive at Bohey Dulang and hike to the hill top, take around 1-2 hour (MUST WEAR SPORT SHOE)
- 1130: Lunch at Bohey Dulang jetty
- 1230: Depart to Mantabuan Island for 1st snorkeling session
- 1400: Depart to Sibuan Island for 2nd snorkeling session
- 1500: Back to Semporna town

Option 2 – Route Mataking: Timbatimba Island – Mataking Island – Pompom Island
- 0800: Meet at hotel lobby
- 0830: Depart to Timba-timba Island (40 mins)
- 0910: Arrive at Timba-timba beach for photo session (TICKET RM10/pax)
- 1000 : 1st snorkeling session at Timba-timba Island
- 1100: Arrive at Mataking Island and enjoy Lunch before 2nd snorkeling session
- 1400: Arrive at Pom-pom Island for 3rd snorkeling session
- 1530: Back to Semporna town
- Free and easy
Option 3 – Route Mabul MWB: Mabul Island – Kapalai Island
- 0800: Meet at hotel lobby
- 0830: Depart to Mabul Island (45 mins)
- 0915: Arrive at Mabul island for photo session (TICKET: RM50/pax)
- 1100: Walk around Mabul Island and visit Bajau Laut (Sea Gysies)
- 1130: Enjoy your lunch and get ready for 1st snorkeling session
- 1400: Arrive at Kapalai Island for 2nd snorkeling session
- 1500: Back to Semporna town
- Free and easy
Day 4: Check in Resort / Water Chalet
Enjoy your breakfast and get ready to check out from hotel. Assemble in the hotel lobby at the time specified by the tour guide and head to Semporna Jetty. From there, you’ll board the boat to the resort / water chalet. The rest of the day is yours to explore the resort at your own pace. Enjoy a relaxing and pleasant day as you settle in and unwind.

Day 5: Home Sweet Home
